- Doughnuts because of they are full of sugar, white flour and trans fats.
- Soda because it has about 10 teaspoons of sugar or worse aspartame.
- French fries (and all fried foods) because of the trans fats and acrylamide.
- Chips because of trans fats and the formation of carcinogenic substances like acrylamide.
- Fried non-fish seafood because of the toxic mercury content.
The moral of the story is still, you are what you eat. The question is what are you eating?
